Every community within the Montego bay/St. James region has its own unique delivery rate which is priced based on how far it is from our main office.
International and other parish rates are charged based on what the courier service is charging to take the parcel (as such price is subjected to change at any time).
We do NOT accept returns on food items. Household, skincare, haircare, etc we may offer refund or exchange on the item based on the condition it arrives in or the situation at hand though it is up to the discretion of mikkytastytreats on how they want to handle the situation and if they want to exchange or give a refund or not.
Orders are normally processed 5-10mins after the order has been received. Most times the rider is doing 2-3 deliveries as such he will delivery the orders based on location.
C.O.D customers MUST confirm their order so that it can go in the processing stage. (After 5pm, locations such as Salt Spring, Rose Heights, Norwood, Granville/Pitfour, Flanker, Barrett Town, ETC must use their card at checkout or do bank transfer)
Once a customer selects Bank Transfer they must send in their confirmation via whatsapp to 876-809-7117 to have their order updated to paid and processing.
