The General Terms and Conditions below apply to all offers and transactions of MikkyTastyTreats. Prices are subject to change at anytime.
By accepting an offer or making an order, the consumer expressly accepts the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions.
All copyrights and entitlements stipulated for MikkyTastyTreats in these General Terms and Conditions and any further agreements will also apply for intermediaries and other third parties deployed by MikkyTastyTreats.
The restaurant and bakery guarantees that all the products offered meet the standards of the concept. All items 90% of it is done to order, all cakes & pastries are freshly baked.
If there are any complaints the management needs to be informed immediately. Appropriate actions will be taken as soon as possible.
All offers made by Mikkytastytreats are without obligation and Mikkytastytreats expressly reserves the right to change the prices, in particular if this is necessary as a result of statutory, inflation and/or other regulations.
All prices are indicated in JMD, including service charge.
In certain cases, promotional prices apply. These prices are valid only during a specific period as long as stocks last and NO REFUND, OR EXCHANGE on promotional items. No entitlement to these prices may be invoked before or after the specific period.
Mikkytastytreats cannot be held to any price indications that are clearly incorrect, for example as a result of obvious typesetting or printing errors. No rights may be derived from incorrect price information.
Mikkytastytreats is entitled to cancel any order as we see fit. Should this happen, Mikkytastytreats will attempt to provide a suitable solution if there was not a warning being sent to you personally.
Before confirming your order, always check carefully that you have added the correct items. Wrongfully orders especially PAID orders will not be refunded once in the processing/preparation stage; for C.O.D orders we will confirm verbally and in most cases via text.
All purchases are final.

Methods of payment we accept: Cash (JMD, USD, CAD and Pound, Bank transfer (Scotia, JN, First Global Bank, Sagicor & NCB),Visa (Debit/Credit card), Mastercard and American Express.
Customer will be called to confirm orders and also be given a time frame in which they can pickup. Once you are using your card you must tell us when we are confirming your order (P.S.: Credit Cards attract an extra fee of $100)
